About Mannings members 20% off on GNC regular-priced items
If I hold a GNC Gold Card, can I still enjoy the 20% discount after May 22, 2026?
Yes. However, all GNC Gold Cards will expire on December 31, 2026. Starting from January 1, 2027, customers must present their Mannings Membership QR Code via the Mannings APP to enjoy 20% off GNC regular-priced items at physical stores.
What if I am unable to download the Mannings APP or encounter technical issues (e.g. unable to receive SMS)?
Customers may access “Mannings Cross-border Store” in WeChat Mini Program. After registration, members can access the QR code by going to “Profile” → “Hong Kong In-store Exclusive” and tapping to enlarge the QR code to enjoy 20% off on GNC regular-priced items at physical stores.
Are the terms for the Mannings Member 20% off the same as the GNC Gold Card 20% off?
Yes. The discount applies to GNC regular-priced items only and excludes nett-price items, yuu member price items, One Day Special items, quantity discount items, redemption items, and non-discountable items (including drugs sold at licensed pharmacies in Macau).
Is the 20% discount on GNC products limited to in-store use only? Can it be used online?
The 20% discount on GNC regular-priced items is applicable to Mannings physical stores in Hong Kong and Macau, the Mannings Hong Kong APP, the Mannings Online Store, and GNC specialty stores.
About GNC Gold Card membership:
If I lose my GNC Gold Card, can I apply for a replacement?
No. Replacement requests have been discontinued starting May 22, 2026.
What will happen to the personal data I submitted for the GNC Gold Card?
In accordance with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, personal data will be permanently deleted after the termination of the GNC Gold Card membership program. If you opted to receive GNC marketing communications, your contact details will be retained for communication purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe option provided in each message.
How should I dispose of my GNC Gold Card?
Mannings and GNC will not collect or handle disposal. Customers may dispose of the card themselves.
Will existing GNC member data be transferred to the Mannings membership system after December 31, 2026?
No. The GNC Gold Card membership program and the Mannings membership system are separate platforms. Customer data will not be transferred automatically. Customers must register again via the Mannings APP or WeChat Mini Program to enjoy the 20% discount on GNC regular-priced items.
